She's Kicking!!

SO yesterday December 30th 2008 Shawn felt our little one kick for the first time!! We were in Bear Lake on our annual After Christmas Snowboarding Vacation. It was in the morning right when I woke-up, (Shawn was out in the front room). She was kicking me and it felt harder then usual. So i looked down and I saw my tummy move. Weird! So I yelled, "Shawn, get in here quick!" Of course he comes running in. I had him put his hand on the spot annnnnnd whammy! She kicked! Yeah! Now things are more even. (ya right)! Peanut says that's her Christmas present to Daddy. What a fun ending to our fabulous vacation!

17 Weeks

Okay, here I am at 17 weeks!

I'm getting so big!

I get asked a lot if I'm having twins. No, I'm not

I'm just really big.

My doctor says it's because I'm soo short.

She has nowhere to go but out.

Did I mention we're having a GIRL!!

She is so beautiful! (our scanner is broken so I can't

show you right now how beautiful she is, but believe me she is!)

She's a mover! I've been able to feel her for about two weeks now.

When she's awake she's allover the place! In our ultrasound she was moving so much

her arms and legs are just blurs in all the pictures.

She's a good little sleeper too!

Shawn can't wait till she's big enough so he can feel her move too.

He says it's not fair I can feel her and not him. But that doesn't stop him from trying.

I can't even begin to tell you how happy we are to have her in our lives.

She's not even here and our lives have been changed forever!

We are so in love with her and soo very Grateful for her!

Thank you Heavenly Father for this most Gentle Mercy!
